I am a Chartered Herbalist, founder and product formulator at Oshun’s Apothecary. As a caregiver, I utilize plants, compassion and empathy to support the body’s natural process of healing. As a former Dietary Aide and palliative care worker, I have over 12 years of experience in assisting in the emotional and nutritional well-being of individuals facing life-limiting illnesses.
 

Much of my practice is rooted in West African healing modalities in addition to Western Herbalism. My formal education includes training under the direction of Rabindra Acharya, M.Sc Botany and Dominion Herbal College Instructor Carol Barber, CHT, MH.

I take special l interest in assisting individuals with mental and reproductive health matters and employ a multifaceted protocol including nutritional support, supplementation, sleep and stress management. My approach to wellness is informed by my own past struggles with hormonal and reproductive health. I believe that health is not a destination, but a journey to be nourished.
