Shoot: Drop 1/2 to one full dropper under the tongue and allow to sit for 10 seconds and then swallow. Take as needed or after each meal.
As a mix: Drop 1/2 to one full dropper into a 6oz of soda water or juice and enjoy.
For children over 2 years of age: Place 1/2 dropperful or .5ml into the child's mouth or dilute into a 6 oz glass of juice.
*May be blended with olive oil to create a gut-supporting salad dressing.
