Herbal Sitz-Bath Teas:
- In a large pot, bring about 1 and 1/2 Litres of water to boil.
- Remove from heat & add a single bath tea.
- Allow to infuse for 3 to 6 hours for best results.
- Pour the tea mixture into a warm bath OR basin and soak affected area.
Each Bath Tea can be used up to two times. For External Use Only!

All Bummed Out Sitz Bath Spray:
Method 1: Spray 2 - 4 times on affected area as needed, air dry or dab away excess. May also be used to soothe C-section scars.
Method 2: Create your own "Padsicleโ by spraying All Bummed Out spray on a sanitary pad and placing the pad in the freezer.
*Tip: Best used while wearing dark coloured underwear as fluid may cause staining.
*Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
